Freight Charges Explained

A brief guide to how we calculate and charge for the delivery of online orders.

We shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure with delivery via the chosen 3rd party delivery service under circumstances that are wholly or partly out of our control.

UK Orders:

  • Royal Mail - Tracked 48:

    £3.50 + VAT (Up to Order Value £150.00 / Max-Weight 1.5Kg)

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery:

    • From 0.0KG to 0.5KG - £8.00 + VAT

    • From 0.5KG to 1.0KG - £9.00 + VAT

  • DPD Standard:

    £7.50 + VAT

  • DHL UK PARCEL:

    £7.50 + VAT

  • FREE Carriage:

    For web orders over £200Net ex VAT

Liquids / Oil Surcharges

Liquids and oils can only be shipped to the mainland UK (England, Wales, and Scotland).

Battery Operated Machinery

Battery Operated Machinery can only be shipped to the mainland UK (England, Wales, and Scotland)

Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands:

  • Royal Mail - Tracked 48:

Minimum order value on all International Orders: 20.00GBP / 20.00EUR / 20.00USD

  • DHL Global Mail (Economy service):

    Varies on the weight (Up to 1KG).

    • Shipment to Germany: 2 - 4 Days

    • Shipment to the rest of Europe: 3 – 6 Days

     

  • DHL Express:

    Varies on the weight & number of cartons, and the service selected.

Important Information: Shipping Charges are calculated per order. If any item(s) are not in stock at the time of order, the order will be shipped complete when the remaining item(s) arrive from our supplier. If you are urgent for items on your order, please contact us prior to discuss arrangements.
